I wanted to extend our congratulations to all the students who Competed at the Springs Invitational Tournament. They all did an awesome job, displaying the true spirit of Karate-do, and showcasing their high level of technical skill.
Thanks to Sensei Jay Haynes for inviting us, and for hosting the tournament. Many thanks as well to the parents and students who despite the cold and snow, made the drive to Colorado Springs to take part in the event.
